Susan, you speak from the bottom of my heart. I keep telling the "men", they need to make new people feel welcome. I know, had I not persisted and had I not the tenacity I have, I probably would have shrunk away from all that guru knowledge floating around. But of course, I am no wallflower, so I am around benefit-ing immensely, and I want those more timid than I, have the opportunity to learn as much as I did in the last couple of years.
