I send an email to the list serve the Friday or Saturday prior to the meeting. The subject of the message is:
MacGroup: Louisville Computer Society's September meeting (obviously I substitute the appropriate month). Each message tells the subject of the meeting (speaker) and gives time of the meeting and directions to the meeting. I can't do any better than that. You have to read the message! Better yet, put the information on your calendar. We meet on the 4th Tuesday of every month EXCEPT December. See you in September.
