Save that ram and system board. Pitt has a few of these. The system board could be a good spare, if your just going to set it out to the trash afterwards. If I remember correctly, remove the bottom screws and give the bottom a good firm tug and it will pop off. Then Remove the screws for the silver shielding and the hard drive and cd rom should both be on a carrier that you can remove.
