The current generation spam bots are getting pretty good (some actually
taking a cue from the virus that inserted random addresses in the From:
field that it found in a user's address book) and are pulling names and
domain names from the traffic going by. If she signs her name as Ruth in
a message, then it will be pulled out along with the domain name and
then sold in the 20 bazillion e-mail addresses CDs. Since Congress has
decided to take a pass lately on protecting our privacy on the 'net,
they are getting away with it.
