I've stuck with Interarchy (once anarchy), and like it quite a bit. It's not freeware ($45). It doesn't even seem to be shareware anymore, so it's hard to evaluate it. Still, it has a finder-like interface, supports mirroring, and is lightning fast. It allows having an offline remote disk on your desktop which you can synch with the real remote disk either on schedule or manually. It'll soon use sftp (secure ftp), just as Fetch already does. All in all, I'd highly recommend it, though it is probably too pricey for casual ftping.
