Screen saver has always been set to NEVER. I think this is something  
other than a sleep problem. It wakes up from sleep, just dropped  
input devices. Several people on the NAPP members forums report the  
same problem on the exact same machine. The commonality I discovered   
after further polling, was that we all had Wacom tablets. I  
uninstalled the driver, downloaded a new driver and reinstalled.  
Hasn't done it since, but sometimes it's days or weeks. Thx...jf
