Not a project at all.   : )

What I want to do should only take *seconds* per icon, and since I  
don't want to create or place _new_ icons (just alter existing ones),  
it seems I'll still be searching for their location and the tool(s)  
to do what I desire.

Is there something like ResEdit for OS X ?
