I suppose I could be tempted towards the 'Dark Side' for this little  
item, were it not for a recent purchase of one at Christmas time,  
just past.  Got a 128MB Memorex USB Flash at Office Depot for $20 w/  
a $12 rebate, so just $8 cost.  Thanks, though.
