Bill's right, iCab may be your best bet.

I still operate with OS8.6 at the office. Netscape 4.8, though not 
blazingly fast, still gives me good results. I also use Mozilla 1.3.1 
and, as much as it pains me to admit it, I often have to go to IE 
occasionally since it handles complicated Java better than Netscape with 
8.x.

Bear in mind, none of these will be speed demons on your machine. And 
with your low memory situation, Mozilla will probably choke it to death. 
Netscape 4.8 will be a bit better, but it's still a lumbering slug. Once 
again, with it's low memory requirements, iCab comes to the rescue.

However, you should max the RAM out at least to give yourself some 
breathing room. The 5200 can be maxed to 64 megs. If you can find a 
faster hard drive, that will help a bit also.

On the good side, if it ever does go belly up, the 5200 has got one of 
the great "death chimes."
