If it was a kernel panic , then it came about while trying to play the disk image. So first i had to look up what VLC was, I found it in Version Tracker as freeware. Then there are several downloads, I guess I need the one telling me "all versions" since I don't have any as yet on my computer, at least that's what version tracker tells me . So, now to understand this, will I then be able to make a disk copy through this VLC, too?
