I was doing a project and using the Capitals font. I worked on the project a couple of days and then put it aside for two weeks. Yesterday, I continued the project but the Capitals font was missing. I don't know where it went, but perhaps it got lost when I upgraded to 3.9.
Not knowing what to do, I opened David Pogue's book Mac OS X, the panther edition to the section on fonts. I learned about the application Font Book. I opened Font Book, searched for the Capitals font (it is in my OS 9 fonts folder) highlighted it and told Font Book to install it. It worked like a charm and I was able to finish my project.
