Marta: Make sure that you don't have the Caps Lock key accidentally pressed when entering your password, which is, of course, case sensitive. I had mine on the other day and it took me about a dozen tries until I figured out what was wrong -- because most programs substitute asterisks or dots for the letters when typing passwords you can't see that you're actually typing all capitals.
