I have encountered in May while trying to get into AWUG's Public Domain
Library to download software. I go to AWUG's website, go to the PD
Library & click on "member". I enter my membership number & get a
"SEARCH ERROR: Invalid Script Call" message.

So far I have done this:
  I have emptied the cache,
Tried both Internet Explorer & Safari,
I have Apple Java 1.4.1 update 1 installed,
  Created a new user account,
  Repaired disk permissions,
I have tried AWUG's temporary access code...all with the same results.

Others can use my access code & get on with no trouble...Apple had no
suggestions...

I am using OSX 10.2.8 on my G4-Quicksilver. Could it be some software
incompatibility? I use Software Update, Norton Antivirus updates
regularly & the only things I can remember added lately are some
Unsanity software: ClearDock, Mighty Mouse, Xounds; Pixadex &
Candybar...but I turned them off, tried everything again & still have
the same results.

It was suggested I upgrade to Panther...but why would everything be
just fine before, & not work in May? And only at AWUG PD? I can enter
as a "Guest" just fine...but can't use my unlimited download ability.

Could it be Applescript? How would I fix corrupted Applescripts? What
about firewalls, etc.? Or Java?

Does ANYONE have ANY ideas for me to try? I am at the end of my rope
here....I would appreciate hearing from you...Thanks.
