I have a user on my computer using mail and the Junk mailbox is not available to the user. I have marked mail as junk but it doesn't go to junk since there isn't any junk account. When I go to show mailboxes Junk is grayed out. I have junk mail in training but no junk mail box. My account works OK, it has a junk mailbox. Any ideas?
