Occasionally our E-mac freezes. When this happens I can not move the mouse, nor can I Force-Quit the application by using the keyboard; the only thing I can do is shut down. Before it freezes the mouse becomes sluggish then finally quits all together ( we are using an optical mouse). Does this sound like a systems problem or a hardware problem?
