LuAnn: perhaps you?ve already discovered how to print labels with your Epson R220 (with ANY label app), but if not, here?s some info. The directions on the MagicMouse page are very good, but overly complicated -- at least for my G4 1GHz running OS 10.2.8 (maybe your interface is different).
In short, once you?ve got your label ready to print, go to Page Setup and be sure it?s set to A4, and be sure you?ve selected the R220 as your printer. (In Discus 3 at this point, if you click on Print, you?ll get a ?Select Template . . .? Click on it and you?ll get a page of templates. The R220 isn? t listed, but any series R will work -- I selected R210.) If not using Discus 3, simply click on ?Print.? Now Pull down ?Copies & Pages," then "Page Settings," and select ?CD/DVD.?
