Mostly, yup. I think there is also a version out to to let you go
back to the earlier version. The reason I say mostly is that some pro
apps indirectly give you the QT Pro version in their software and you
doing the QT upgrade may break them. (Things like Final cut Pro,
etc.) If you have pro level audio / video apps then check their
requirements to be certain.
