Hi folks!

I don't post all that much (well, I really just lurk), but I have a
customer that has a perplexing problem. She is using OS X 10.1.3 and
when she uses Mail, she will sometimes (but not every time) get this
message (the error has modified as the sender name, address and subject
are not always the same):

The message from "Senders Name" <address at domain.com>
concerning "Subject Line" is temporarily unavailable.

The thing is that this error occurs when she tries to download email or
trying to read an email that she has already downloaded. I do not know
what version of Mail she is using at this time, but I can find out if
asked to.

I have to admit, this is the first time I have seen this error (and a
Google search and a search in the Apple discussions did not turn up
anything).
