Ray, have you tried exporting to a Pdf file?

Another problem could be spot to process colors. Convert your colors from spot
to process.
There is an option in the print dialog box, click on the button called ink
manager, you can click it to make the conversion.
I have seen this take care of problems.

Subject: MacGroup: InDesign PPD

Does anyone have any experience with InDesign CS? We are in a prepress
environment and have never gotten an InDesign file until now! It is
InDesign CS.
The problem is that we cannot choose a PPD. We are running Mac G4's and we
have the same trouble on both machines. The PPD area is greyed out. We
have tried CS and CS2 versions of InDesign. Illustrator CS and CS2 have no
problems with our PPDs.

HELP!
