Whenever I start Adobe GoLive or Adobe Photoshop Elements the program downloads two files. The window menu bar says "Updating Adobe Online components from Adobe.com..."
Under that it says "No personal information is being transmitted" then names the files and tells where they are situated: My hard drive: library:Application support: Adobe:Web: Sometimes it goes quickly and sometimes the programs hang. When it hangs I have to do a force quit and try again. I usually cannot cancel the operation. Does Adobe really need to do this? If not is there anyway I can prevent the program from doing this download at the onset or how can the download be prevented from hanging?
