The second meeting of the Still and Video Imaging Special Interest
Group (SVI-SIG) willl be held at Pitt Academy this coming Tuesday
night, May 10, from 7 to 9 PM.

Last month, I gave a presentation on Still Life, a very inexpensive
software program that animates a still photograph with the ?Ken Burns
Effect?.

After that presentation I had intended to discuss with the audience
what direction they wanted the SIG to go and what topics they wanted to
see presented. However, the attendance was too small. So we can talk
about the future of the SIG this time.

Also, this month I?m going to demonstrate a high-end program for adding
titles to a movie, ProAnimator.

I hope to see you all there Tuesday night at Pitt.
