Receiving is not usually the problem, it is sending.

Usually you will need to set your outgoing (SMTP) mail to use password 
authentication (or whichever type your main-mail ISP wants). Then in 
the handy boxes, enter your username and password.

p.s. Eh just to be sure Harry, I do take it that you are not  
installing war-driving software and becoming a drive around spammer 
looking for unguarded networks to uh, 'borrow'.

Someday, I will come up with a clever signature line. I am not sure if 
I will use it or not, but I will come up with one.
