Marta,
I don't know how to find individual answers from .mac. I've been
getting SPAM with only .mac addresses and have a couple other
questions. They only answer me with a form email like this: Thank you
for contacting support at dotmac.apple.com.

.Mac does not provide technical support via email. If you are seeking
technical assistance with your .Mac account, see the online support
options
listed below.

Full .Mac members can access a wide range of Web-based support services
and
features, including online Help, the AppleCare Knowledge Base, and
online
discussion forums moderated by Apple and exclusively for .Mac members.
You
can review all of your support options at
http://www.mac.com/support/

Of course those sites are all major time-takers.

It's my one big gripe about .mac. Anyone have any other ways to
contact .mac support??
Jan
