Always something new to learn. I checked under toast in the find file
Only found a bunch of encodings there . ( there is, however, in
Appleworks the graphic of a toaster !!)
Then I got smart and looked at the iTunes preferences. Well, the power
book has a Matshita CD -RW CW-8121 and my iMac has this Pioneer DVD-RW
DVR-105. It does not say anything about ATA ( which is the brand name
of a German scouring powder) There is nothing toasty about this, but
there is a difference with this Pioneer DVD in it. May some explaining
on that? But then, why would they ask me for a preferred player that
could not be found? Would they want me to buy one? and if, which one?
Not that I even had the notion to.- Why even mention something
preferred and not come up with an explanation of "why preferred" and
what preferred means.
