Would you be wondering what to do with that brand-spanking-new
QuickTime 6.3 that you installed earlier today? Well, Apple has
released an update to iMovie that uses it.

You need to hit Apple's site to download it
http://www.apple.com/imovie/download/
The update brings iMovie to version 3.03 and note: the update comes in
two versions: a complete stand-alone 82MB installer or a 12MB updater
that updates versions 3.00, 3.01 and 3.02 to version 3.03.
You need (and older iBook owners pay attention to the last requirement
as this update will NOT work on the 800 x 600 screens):

Macintosh PowerPC G3 or G4 processor (700 MHz or greater G3 recommended)
Mac OS X v10.1.5 or later
256 MB RAM recommended
2 GB of free hard disk space
Macintosh with built-in FireWire ports
1024 x 768 screen resolution or higher

Jerry

p.s. At this point I am wondering two things, what will be left to be
"new" for Panther and where does the expression "brand-spanking-new"
come from?
