I don't think I ever really set up my account in Entourage correctly so I wanted to start all over.(Entourage has been working for some months now, but I was getting error messages about my account) I did a search on my machine for Entourage and removed all related files. I then reistalled Entourage but now cannot get it to launch. I never get to the splash screen but I get an unexpectedly quit error. I am running Jaguar and I did install the 10.1.4 patch for Office. All my other MS products seem to be working fine. Any suggestions for where I can look to see about getting this working again? I really miss my email. :-( Thanks, Beth Fastline Publications Inc.
