I didn't find any answers on the Apple support site so I was hoping someone
here might know--I've been using iTunes for Windows on my PC at work and notice
that it can be very sluggish at times. For example, when I click the button to
go skip a song it sits there and thinks about it for five to ten seconds before
it agrees to my request and skips over to the next song. At first I thought it
might be my PC is underpowered for iTunes (850 MHz Pentium 3 with 256 MB RAM).
But on the Apple support site I saw similar complaints from people running
2-GHz P4's.

Any idea what might be causing this?
