The inbox in MS Entourage will display one name and then when you click on the email it displays the actual name, i.e. It will say "John Doe" and when you click on the message, it changes to "Jane Smith" who actually sent it. I have two users here who are experiencing that, while the rest of us aren't having that problem. Does anyone know of a way to fix this? Thanks.
