And other such wonders such as:

If someone replies after, should they just leave the previous email or cut
it as much as possible. Should people use '>' as the previous email
indent or just rely on colour. Should email to the list come from the mail
list or from each individual. Should the reply-to be the sender or the
list.

I think that's the usual list of mail list debates :)
