According to distributed.net, the RC5-64 key has been cracked. It took 
more than 1700 days to crack the code. The interesting point is their 
comparison between Macs and Windows. At it's peak, 270,147,024 
kkeys/sec were processed. This would be equivalent to about 46,000 
Athlon 2Ghz systems running XP or 32,500 Powerbook G4/800s. That's 8307 
keys per second per TiBook or 5869 keys per second for Athlon 
systems... 41.5% faster on Macs.

Pretty interesting, I thought. Just FYI.
