Hey Jerry,

I don't doubt it.  My client is out of town and I'm trying to talk him thru
the config over the phone.  He's assured me that he's entered his user name
and password correctly.  You never know!  I could be fighting a typo or a
minor oversight but I'm being told that's not the case.  I really appreciate
your help, though.
