Thanks Dan, that's exactly the information I was looking for.

We just switched from Bellsouth to Win.Net (better deal...I hope) and it
seems as if our DSL is now throttled. I just wanted to make sure the
site wasn't having problems.

I just reached peak speed of the week a bit ago, 56.5K. Whoopie!
