This is especially to Ward and Allan: The question about the controlstrip arose from my inability to put an icon into the controlstrip module folder and change it into a tab. I had assumed that it did this automatically, even someone at Mactown thought this and had given me that advice. I know better now. But since I do want to have a more orderly desktop, I was glad you mentioned pop-ups and the long forgotten Launcher. I ended up using the pop-ups and have nice little tabs with my frequently used programs in neat categories gracing the bottom of my computer. Thanks for the advice. Marta
