I saw this tip today and implemented it as well. Great find.
it makes things much easier than opening iPhoto. Although, it would  
be nice if you could search by keywords in the resulting window. I  
suppose that using smart albums can get around most of that.

and i'm also sure that using quicksilver, you could do something  
similar (is there anything that this app can't do?). But alas i'm not  
that advanced of a QS user yet.
