Jeff, My memory cannot be trusted... I just checked my phone bill, and you are correct. My Ultra service SDSL is $32.95, and there's a "regulatory cost recovery fee" of $2.97 for a total of $35.92. When I first got it, about four years ago, their charge was $45.00 for the service.. don't know about any extra fee... can't recall. It has gone down, though. I'm looking forward to the day when all this sort of service becomes dirt-cheap, like little pocket calculators have done!
