I've been traveling and staying at various hotels which have hi speed connections in the room. I have no problems retrieving emails but often I cannot send them because the isp's will not send email via my smtp server.
I searched version tracker and found a "kewl" program for sniffing out smtp servers. It's called WifiSmtp and here is the website: www.doktorkleanor.com Best of all, it's freeware. There isn't even a "if you like it send beer" (or whatever) ad. Great program. If you use it, however, be sure and go into preferences and select ISP info and then update the database. I love this stuff!
