No Mac should be without a copy of GraphicConverter. If you have any
curiosity about what one person, or a very few people, can accomplish,
you may want to look at some of the other stuff.
I wouldn't expect Kinkos to be able to handle VW files, but have gotten
good results by emailing pdf files for them to print. As I recall -
and it's been a couple of years - they charged $10 per sheet to print
on bond. To have it printed on velum, I had to supply the vellum.
Can you talk about the book and what kind of maps you've put together?
