That's the big downside to modern computer special effects--they can take any piece of video and modify it. For example, there's a rumour that George Lucas is going to digitally edit the scene in Return of the Jedi, where we see Vader's face. He's going to make the guy look more like an old Hayden Christensen and release that as a special edition.
It is cool though to see the ad once again, I am old enough that I actually remember seeing the original during that Super Bowl 20 years ago.
