Address Book will import either a vCard file or an LDIF file. Since you
are familiar with the process for importing from Excel to Palm Desktop,
I would do that, then export from Palm Desktop as a vCard file, which
could then be imported into Address Book. There may be other solutions,
but I can't see one that will do it in one step. Let us know how it
goes.
