Hello All,
I was at friends yesterday, helping them get their new(to them) iBook
700mhz(running Panther) set-up.
The problem is they have a Epson CX5200 all in one printer/copier and scanner,
it shows up as the default printer but, when you go to print it loads the
document but then it goes to "job stopped" and then just sits there. If you go
into the printer utilities you can clean the heads, etc.... so the ibook is
communicating to the printer but for some reason it will not print jobs... Any
ideas as to why, I've got an email in to Epson to see if they have any idea
also.
The other issue is they have a HP scanjet 5370C scanner, but HP doesn't have
any drivers that work (according to their site) over 10.1, is there any reson
why the drivers will not work in 10.3? I also have an emial into them....
