Hi Andy, I spoke with a lady at Logitech , and they actually don't recommend rechargeable batteries, they do prefer the alkaline ones. So she said. But I am sure I shall try again and get a second opinion. I have run into so many people at tech support who don't know what they are talking about, but acting as if they did, that I never settle for just one answer.
