I have on occasion cleaned my print head many more than 6 times. I
can't say if one ever got better after e.g. 12, but I have certainly
tried more than 12.

It's possible that your cartridge has run out of one color of ink and
not the others.

On eBay, I see for sale:

Epson Print Head Cleaner 20ounce
As most of you already know, ink jet printers' nozzles will
eventually plug, leaving you with a photo and images that can be very
disappointing.
This kit comes with a specially formulated solvent that will
* break up dried deposits on the bottom of the print head
* dissolve the sludge that can accumulate over time inside
your print head
This solvent can be added to your existing ink cartridge to prevent
those nasty clogs, or can be placed onto the print head saddle to
clear clogged nozzles.

Info. to UNPLUG Epson Printer
You are purchasing the information to unplug Epson printheads
As most of you already know, (this is the reason why you're on my
auction), one of the greatest challenges that the Epson printers can
have, are plugged printhead nozzles. Because the issue of plugged
printheads is such a problem I have done extensive research to try
and find a solution to deal with this issue. There are several
different ways to attack the problem and I have basically compiled
information that can be used to unplug your Epson printer nozzles.

In the two years as I have been buying and selling printers on eBay I
have noticed that many people are auctioning their printers simply
because the nozzels are plugged and they are unable to figure out how
to unplug them. It is for this reason that I have decided to begin to
disclose this information on how to unplug these heads.

What you are purchasing in this auction basically is a compilation of
information that I have gleaned in trying to unplug the printer
nozzles on the printers that I have purchased myself and then resold.
Approximately 80% of the printers that I have serviced I have
successfully been able to unplug the printheads using the methods
that will be disclosed after the auction has closed and has been paid
for.

This auction works very simply. Once you have paid for this auction,
I will simply use your e-mail address to forward you the necessary
information required to unplug your printheads.

Both are offered for most all Epson printers, altho most individual
offers specify models, perhaps to better attract bidders.

I have not tried either.

Should you buy either, I'd like to know how they work.
