When you partition a hard drive there is a check box which says:

    Install Mac OS 9 drivers

If this option is not selected,
this device cannot be used by a computer
running a Mac using OS 9. This option
    does not affect classic.

Question: I interpret this to mean each partition must have OS 9 drivers
installed in order for the partition to be seen by OS9.

Is this true?

After partitioning I intend to install 0S 9 on it's own 5 gb partition. I
will be able to boot from the OS 9 partition, right?

How much space do the OS 9 drivers take?

Thanks.
