Hi Marta,

For starters, print a test sheet and verify your print heads don?t need
cleaning. If they do, clean them.

Then check your printers settings. Select Print, go to ?Copies and Pages? ,
click and drag down to ?Printer Features?. Check it out. Selecting paper
type is critical. And a multitude of other settings to explore.

Have fun!

Subject: MacGroup: printer problems

On my Epson 5200 all-in-one I get horizontal pinkish double lines when
I print on plain paper. When printing on photo paper this does not
happen, but I would sometimes like to print on plain paper, so it
won't cost so much. Is there a remedy for that ? My old C 40UX prints
ok , whatever kind of paper I use.
Marta
