As you may have already noticed, there have been a few changes to the MacGroup list. You should have received an email with new subscription information.
As the erdos server was upgraded, I decided to bring the list software into the twenty-first century; the software has been changed from Majordomo to Mailman. Mailman gives more flexible list management via the Web, along with many other features. Subscribers can switch at a whim between the digest and non-digested versions of the list and archives are created automatically. Right now, I have it working, but just barely. During the next couple of weeks the setup will be refined and more features will be added.
