On my PB G4 F9 and F10 are the keyboard backlight
keys. I always control Expos? with hot corners,
but I tried Function-F9 and it worked. I think
the little circle slash symbol for just F9(that I
saw for the first time in these experiments) must
mean there's too much light available for the
keyboard backlight to be on. Yes, I just took the
Powerbook into a closet and confirmed that.
Scientific curiostiy rules.
