Is anyone using a HP scanner? We have been using one for several years
and have had few problems until we updated our drivers. Now we can
still scan photos and documents to E-mail and our printer; however,
when we try scanning a text document and saving it is a text file we
either get an
" Unexpected Quit " message or text that is a scrambled mess.
When we updated , as a part of the update, HP installed a program
called Readiris 6.5 US. What is this? Could be be part of the problem
? Is there anything we can do about it?
