I found the answer online in a forum after trying a
bunch of things. THought I would share in case
something similar happens to one of you here.
I unplugged the Mac Mini and Lacie HD overnight and
pulled out Firewire and USB plugs. Just unplugging
and plugging back for less time didn't work.
Overnight seems to have worked, although I am not sure
why. Also, now it sounds like the drive is spinning
and light is blinking. Not sure if that is normal. I
am planning on backing up all my music again today!!!
