What!?

When I download, I just klik a button that says download. I don't
know what kind of file or download I'm doing.

Do I need to know what kind of file I'm downloading?
and if so how can I tell?
and how do I know or control the kind of downloading I'm doing?

Yes, I've had the problem, with .sitx files I stuft. I did not solve
it. I've also stuft files that looked good except for file size. They
had 0kb content, a rather unsatisfactory back-up.
