$99 per year includes: Up to one 1hr. session per week 52 weeks per year Talking about anything you want Apple i.e. Apple hardware or Apple software Third party product is NOT included. And if you miss scheduling a session for a week, they are not made up. In other words, you are buying a year's worth of help. You are not buying 52 sessions. So conceivably, some folk may only schedule to come in once a month. It's still a deal!
